I was a staff composer at Scripps Productions for 6 years. I wrote music for one billion promos, show themes, and commercial type things. I married Sharon (the VP of Special Projects for HGTV.)
The producers smelled bad (except for the one I married,) so I quit about a year ago, and am now fulltime freelance!
I compose mostly for TV. HGTV, DiY, Food Network, Fine Living, A&E, Discovery, Court TV, The History Channel and so on.
I love to do image spots and promos.

Being married to a producer.
I'm a composer for TV. I was a staff composer at Scripps (HGTV, DiY, etc.) for six years and worked with lots of producers on many promos, shows, commercials, ID's, image campaigns, and blah. I actually like producers. I even married one.
Sharon and I met at Scripps. We were both going through a divorce and just clicked. She's my best friend. And she's a producer.
